Privacy Policy And Terms of use

Your privacy is important to us. It is Aleksei Elin Dev's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app, Developer Guide.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our app may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Your continued use of our app will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, feel free to contact us.

This policy is effective as of 01 September 2020.

1. Terms

By accessing our app, Developer Guide, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Developer Guide. The materials contained in Developer Guide are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Developer Guide per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
1. modify or copy the materials;
2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Developer Guide;
4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
5. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Aleksei Elin Dev at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

The materials within Developer Guide are provided on an 'as is' basis. Aleksei Elin Dev makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Aleksei Elin Dev does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to Developer Guide.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Aleksei Elin Dev or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Developer Guide, even if Aleksei Elin Dev or a Aleksei Elin Dev authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing in Developer Guide could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Aleksei Elin Dev does not warrant that any of the materials on Developer Guide are accurate, complete or current. Aleksei Elin Dev may make changes to the materials contained in Developer Guide at any time without notice. However Aleksei Elin Dev does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

Aleksei Elin Dev has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Aleksei Elin Dev of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Aleksei Elin Dev may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using Developer Guide you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) OF DEVELOPER HELPER

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Aleksei Elin Dev.. Our EULA was created by EULA Template for Developer Helper.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Developer Helper software ("Software") directly from Aleksei Elin Dev. or indirectly through a Aleksei Elin Dev. authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Developer Helper software. It provides a license to use the Developer Helper software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the Developer Helper software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Developer Helper software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Aleksei Elin Dev. herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Aleksei Elin Dev. updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

License Grant

Aleksei Elin Dev. hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Developer Helper software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to load the Developer Helper software (for example a mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Developer Helper software.

You are not permitted to:

Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things

Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose

Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party

Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law

use the Software for any purpose that Aleksei Elin Dev. considers is a breach of this EULA agreement

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Aleksei Elin Dev. shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Aleksei Elin Dev..

Aleksei Elin Dev. reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Aleksei Elin Dev.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of us.
